Alchemist Classics reinterprets classic cocktails with the flavor of our biodiversity and the identity of our land. Each cocktail unites history and the present, keeping tradition alive while driving transformation.
This menu was born from the desire to toast with purpose. Each cocktail contributes to the construction of a community school that will train future bartenders and strengthen a musical project that currently supports more than 150 children and young people from the Nelson Mandela neighborhood, a community in vulnerable social conditions in Cartagena.
This educational space will be a meeting point between hospitality and music: a place where technical learning, creativity, and culture become tools of transformation and hope for new generations.
